Dr. Hannah Sit was born in Hawaii and grew up in Hong Kong.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017. She then earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022. Dr. Sit did an externship with Hinsdale Animal Hospital during her clinical year and joined the team officially in August 2022. 

Dr. Sit developed a love for veterinary medicine when her family got their first dog, a Schnauzer. Dr. Sit has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. 

On her days off, Dr. Sit loves to try out new coffee shops and restaurants. She also loves to explore new shows on Netflix.  She adopted her first dog Poke in 2023, and he has been a great companion.
