Since joining Hinsdale Animal Hospital in 2018, Vanni has demonstrated a strong commitment to both animal care and client satisfaction. She earned her Veterinary Assistant certification from the College of DuPage in 2017 and gained valuable experience as an assistant before transitioning to a Client Service Representative. Vanni's passion for helping clients led to her promotion to CSR Manager in July 2024, where she now enjoys supporting both clients and her team. Beyond her responsibilities at the hospital, Vanni enjoys spending quality time with her three canine companions, Faith, Thor, and Odin, as well as pursuing interests in reading, attending concerts, and connecting with family.
